Shop Policies

Returns & Refunds

All of our items are individually hand crafted.Β No returns or refunds; all sales are final.Β However, if you have an issue with an order I must be contacted within 3 days of delivery to help resolve the issue. If a return is approved, items must be shipped back to me within 3 business days. Failure to do so will result in failure to receive a refund. If you have any questions or concerns about sizing, please join our VIP group on Facebook and we’ll be glad to help you!

Local Pick Up

Local pick up is available in Wapakoneta, OH - you can choose this option at checkout. Local pick-up orders must be picked up within 10 days of receiving notification that items are ready for pick up.

Items not picked up within 10 days will be billed for exact shipping. If shipping is not paid within 48 hours, you will be refunded minus a 50% restocking fee.

Pick-up emails are sent automatically when the order is fulfilled. This is the only notification you will recieve for pick-up.

Local pick-up items are dropped off between Thusrday-Saturday each week.

Shipping

All purchases are shipped via USPS. Ohio Threads Handmade Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered by the shipper. If your package has not been received, please reach out to us and we will help you work with USPS to find your package.
