Refund policy

All of our items are individually hand crafted.ย No returns or refunds; all sales are final.ย However, if you have an issue with an order I must be contacted within 3 days of delivery to help resolve the issue. If a return is approved for an issue I made, I will email a return label & items must be shipped back to me within 3 business days. If a return is approved for any other issue, ie: customer is unhappy with product, you are responsible for return shipping within 3 business days. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Customized products cannot be returned (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
